Neutral/Not Sure Sent a recently married couple to Selvadorada and they got their normal 5K bill at home right before leaving, but on a Friday (bills had always arrived on Mondays previously). Then, an additional 35K bill on a Monday while they were on vacation. I had to use a cheat code - in fact - to cover the expense! Yes! I just had the same issue. No mods, no cheats. While on vacation in Granite Falls, my bill jumped to over $98k when its been around 24k. I haven't bought anything this week. I haven't moved except that I rented the cheapest cabin for a day. I only have a little over 200k. This seems exorbitant.

My sims got two bills of c£99k each while on a four day vacation in Mt Komorebi. They live in a mansion in Brindleton Bay and were staying in a very expensive rental lot, but even so that is excessive and they never normally pay that much. They are rich, but are down to their last $100k now! Appliances at their home in BB have been heavily eco-upgraded and they have loads of solar panels and dew collectors, in case that matters.In a different saved game today, a household who live in a much more modest lot, the house formerly owned by the Tinkers in Evergreen Harbour, suddenly received a $59k bill while one was in Batuu. A few sim days later, while not on vacation, they have received a $62k bill. Having same issue in Selvadoradia. Rented the 8-bed house, next to the trailhed. The 2 sims I left at home are still going to work as normal, and am getting notifications of their daily income and promotions. Bills just came for a staggering $208k !
Normal bills while all sims are on home lot are roughly 60k, soooo...wth?
Additional info: PS4, no cheats, no mods

@wilsonannier That's probably a double issue, the main one being getting bills for both lots which has been an issue since OR came out.

@crinrict Happened to me today, my Sims who live in Mt. Komorebi went on vacation in Sulani, and on their 3rd day they got hit with bills about triple what they usually pay (they live in a Tiny House at home, so low bills).
