Pet adoption doesn’t work

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Svenska
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? ?
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Pet, famous, laundry, work,home design
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It’s when I try to adopt a pet, the option doesn’t come up. It doesn’t work when I do it on the phone or when I meet one in the park..
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, it’s just not an option
What do you expect to see? I expect to se the adopt option when I interact with the pet like it did before
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @linneapp Where are you checking on the phone ? For strays you need to have a good relationship to adopt.

    @crinrict When I try to adopt through the phone the adoption service comes to my house and I get to spend time with the pet, but the adopt button never shows… and the same think when I meet strays. I always become close friend before I try. So I don’t know why it’s not working, it did work before…

    @linneapp Ah, I thought it doesn't show up on the phone at all.

    It's working fine for me so I guess best if another console player could test.
