@crinrict Thank you for the reply! Glad it actually get attention instead of leaving the bug unfixed. When this issue happens, I actually tried to exit to the main menu and then load the game again, the Conflict Resolution bar actually back to the normal state, as it supposed to be.
But I really hope this get fixed because it's just annoying.
