Plants keep dissapearing even though they are fully grown

Question

I have the Sims 4 with the cats and dogs pack, on Xbox One.

This glitch has begun happening recently when my sim is growing plants, the plant is in a planter and is fully grown and about to blossom, but they keep disappearing randomly, I use the shift-click cheat to re-grow the plants, but they continuously disappear, its becoming frustrating because I keep losing the progress and I am unable to harvest the plants.

Same issue. They’ll grow for a good while, will be able to harvest but after a couple sims months they revert to saplings. I’ve had this issue for about a year or more now,(In real time.) &nbsp;It’s so frustrating!!

@StarSoda6563377 What do you mean by disappear ? Revert to dirt piles or is the plant gone completely like not even the dirt pile stays ?
