Apologies! I saw it, had managed not to think of that and went to test it, and then have been unable to find this until now. It helped temporarily, but things have reverted to continued aging during, and now Sims are losing days when I open new save files--for instance, 23 days until age up for young adults, not the 24 I was accustomed to, or even just 21 until age up.
