Some cc was still removed from your file though, are you sure you removed everything ?
Also, do you have any lastexception files you could share ? (you can't attach, just either upload to third party sharing or c/p into your post and use spoiler tags.

I'm really at loss what's wrong with this.
I've tried your save and wasn't able to duplicate at all. The exceptions do seem related to plasma packs.
Have you tried a different household yet ? Maybe a fresh save for testing ?
I have tried a different lot with no luck and yes, I could do a fresh save and just make a new vampire sim.
Did not have the same issues although I am using a different lot. I am using the single streamlet.
Moving to the same lot to see if this has problems.
