[ARCHIVED] [PS] HUD randomly disappears

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game for a while.
What happens when the bug occurs? The hud disappears leaving the game unplayable.
What do you expect to see? The hud
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The hud disappears. The scenario drop down, the game speed controls, the phone and calendar, that whole bar disappears. Going to manage worlds if you can get there shows a completely black screen. Exiting to the main menu show a completely white screen.
