[PS4] Grass is no more green in the worlds

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.10
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work Bundle, City Living Bundle, Backyard and Laundy Day stuffs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At some point after creating a new game the green grass from world turns pale and olive (Newcrest, Willow Creek, San Myshuno)
What happens when the bug occurs? The greenish gound from worlds and lots gets duller
What do you expect to see? The grass gets green and vivid as always was
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
