Still issues, fresh game with rando sims, nothing but MCCC. High School lot and times appear to be having it worse. Though it does appear to be affecting other events.

ran a test with nothing in my mods saves or tray. cleared cache file/s. Still happens, though seems to be possibly too many things going on in the worlds at once.
