I've been having this problem lately also. When I choose "News", nothing shows up. Tried repairing the game, but it didn't fix the problem. I did notice, though, that when hit the "News" button, I generate the following lastUIException .....

I get the same message each time, but a couple of the numbers change. For example, here's another message with different numbers

Hope this may help someone to figure this out!

For me, it does not load all the way when I first log in, but then, slowly populates, as people do stuff. So, if I have 59 notifications when I log in, I get to see zero of them.
Repairing the game does nothing to help. @SassiLassi Thank you for that information!! 🤞🏻
- @SheriGR I just hope the information somehow helps.
I repaired my game, took out my mods (I only use two - AlwaysMOO and nomosaic), removed my caches. But I couldn't get it to work. I just gave up.
I started a new game. Put the lots I was working on in my library, and copied the library to the new game - and what do you know! I don't have the problem now. Sure hope they find the problem though - I have lots of builds in that game that I quit, and would like to go back to it!
