@Kittenette93I have cloud for both our consoles (PS4 and PS5) and the fix for it still didn’t work. My saves are still there, but I’m still getting just the event icon with no tasks. I don’t think console players will be getting a fix for this any time soon. I also assume that since there was nothing done to remedy the fact that people couldn’t collect all the rewards from the Reapers Rewards event (like adding all items including CAS items to base game), we will not be getting the rewards from this even either.

You are right that this should not be a thing. The people running this forum wouldn’t be stressed or feel blamed by players and players wouldn’t be upset because the events are flawed and was from the start without EA fixing the very apparent issues they have been being notified about since each event began. As a console player, I feel unheard, under valued (as someone who has spent A LOT of money on packs and kits for both myself and my daughter) as well as disheartened to know that so many people are having the same issue, but a lot of PC players are still able to “fix” (even if it is temporary until the next week) and play the event through fully.

I hope there is a fix soon or that someone is able to notify us all of what will be done to fix the Reapers Rewards event issue as well as the Cozy Celebrations event issue, by putting the items in game and/or fixing the error in the coding that is causing the repetitive issue, so there is no problems with any future events they may want to do. EA needs to fix the issues in game now to prevent further problems in the future.
