Moved a Sim into Key Point lot in Sulani.  Unable to fish from the signed spot.

Yes, I know I can fish off the boat, but he can't afford one yet.  I wish to fish off the sign.

    @wordcobblerLook for a rigged canoe (or something like that) that's just laying around. You can swim to the canoe, hop on it and go fishing. You don't need to pay for it I just found that out when I was trying for a temporary solution for the fishing issue.
