Having the same issue here on pc, it disappeared last night and nothing I've done has brought it back :/

same, but I don't even have gnomes fixing mine. it's just inaccessible. Couldn't do the first quest in week 2, nothing for week 3. If I click the grimmy icon, I get nothing but the main rewards page, but cannot click on a previous week to do quests, current quests, etc. Nothing works.
