The option to select traits in cas is gone for, and I now a bunch of other people are having the same problem. I've been having this issue for months, ever since the lovestruck expansion pack came out. All my mods were removed from the game, so that's not the issue. I've repaired my game and restarted my computer multiple times, but nothing has helped. I can't even contact the EA Help because there is no option to chat, contact them, or start a help case. They say they have an option to receive further help, but they don't. Please tell me other people know what I'm talking about.

@LilyBear203 Please test like this in a new save: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test in a new save.
