Giving this a nudge.
Tried to test but wasn't successful as my game doesn't seem to have many women with level 6 skill
I do hear a difference in voice with different levels when singing without mic:

With mic it's very, very similar:
They all sound difference until level 5-6.

Yes, I agree, you also hear it in my last video. Without the mic there is a difference, with it sounds the same.

The audio team says this is by design for the higher-level skills.
However, feel free to leave feedback at the Feedback forum if you like:
- So, every Sim that has Sweet or Melodic voice will sings in Lilted voice when their singing skill is on high level, because it was designed to be that way?
That's correct, but as @SimQARobo suggested you can ask on the official forums to change this. If it will happen isn't guaranteed.
