Only MC Command, which doesn't alter anything to do with plants/collectibles or their spawning.

It's still a major mod.
Please remove and start yet another game to see if it happens again.
I'm using it and I personally had quite a few issues I was able to jot down to MCCC that I would have never thought were connected
So after testing without MCCC, I found that still all but two trees in the sim worlds were growfruit, which is still an excessive amount. :/ I'd rather have no growfruits at all, but it seems that there's no way to currently change that through mods.
