I put me too. At least I think this could be what happened? This happened a while ago. My family is four people, they are in Sulani.

Dad 1 is a merperson, Dad 2 is a magic user, and they got an affectionate and playful kitten when their two babies became toddlers.

The litter box is the second to fanciest kind, the one that self-cleans and stores, and my sims empty the storage container. It's not the one with lasers.

The kitten was adopted through the phone/agency interaction.

At first I thought the skill was increasing fast because Merperson Dad went swimming a lot, but in retrospect it didn't make sense, because both dads gained fitness skill very quickly while dealing with an affectionate and playful kitten and caring for two toddlers. Merperson dad maxed his physical skill, and mu dad got up to 7 or 8. I remember thinking it was weird because I hadn't worked on the skill at all. I started the aspiration for both dads after they had leveled up.

They've always gained fitness skill while cleaning the litter box - at least if they do so physically. If a Spellcaster Sim uses scruberoo they only game magic skill. I think it's intentional? Though shouldn't be a large boost, usually just a little bit. I suppose it adds up over time.

It happens every time, for as long as I've had Cats and Dogs installed (late 2023). Seems bizarre that my sim would be on level 6 fitness skill purely from emptying litter boxes, but here we are. No CC of any kind installed, happens every time in all households. Not a game breaking bug, but definitely weird.

I'm doing 100 baby and can confirm they still get Fitness for cleaning toddler potties. XD my teen recently got to level 3 of fitness from helping Mom clean their younger siblings' potties.
