Re: [FIXED] Corrupted (R-rental) lot/Map doesn't load anymore/White Screen

Just stopped by to see if this was still an ongoing issue since the latest patch dropped, since two of my saves got corrupted shortly after For Rent dropped, and the culprit each time has been a rental residential lot, so I stopped playing with those. I was hoping that the fixes for the For Rent pack that dropped in this latest patch might have fixed these issues, but given the dates I am seeing here, I am guessing they didn't.  I am currently playing with a rental residential in my test save, and thus far the only issues I've had are laggy build mode and a neighbor wandering into my sim's apartment uninvited to use her computer, but I am still very hesitant to add any rental residentials to my main save until I know for certain they won't corrupt any more worlds. Just popping this in here so that if there is ever a permanent fix for this bug, hopefully I will get the notification.

Every time i will load Britechester the screen is white and i cant go back to the worldmanager. I have to close the hole game and start new. There is no error code or something else. The game freeze.

Other worlds with rental lots work fine. But i stopped playing in this savegame, because i dont know whats happend with my study sims… 🫠 and i dont want another „white“ worldmap.

I play on PS4 pro with no mods/cc.

Today i load another savegame. And this savegame is now broken too.

In this savegame the world is STRANGERVILLE that shows me a white screen. The Backup of this savegame have this problem too.

For this moment i have two indepented of each other (i hope its the right translation) savegames who are broken. 😰😭😭😭

Its so bad… i cant use the workaround with the mod, because i play on PS4 and i dont know what to do… 😵‍💫

I ran into this problem again today, now I can't load Oasis Springs anymore 😕

The first time I got this problem was weeks ago with another savefile and it occured when I wanted to load Newcrest.

There I had a few Residential Rental lots, it was not possible to revert those lots to another lot type.

So I thought that was the cause of the bug, I ended up deleting that save file ☹️

Now I am playing with a new savefile for a few days and it is happening again with Oasis Springs.

Not sure what causes it.

I did put a few rentals from the gallery in Oasis Springs.

I did not play with them I was just adjusting the build, very strange.

It's not fun playing anymore.
