Yes! I have no mods or cc. I can buy another rental property and build different apartments there, but if I move in I automatically stop being the owner.

Well now I noticed it happens all the time. I can't save the game if I'm in a residential lot cause it says "error". If I visit one of lhe other apartments in the same residential lot, it will appear in the management tab that I dont own a property even if its mine... if i exit the game the same happens... I guess the pack just has some bugs that need to be fixed!
I am still the owner in build mode yes! The property tab only displays the "buy a rental" option... So I can't really manage anything. I can't sell it cause I have no option for it and tenants still live there, I just don't get any rent nor can I manage them.
- @TheBNT This happened to me as well. But it originally said it saved - I was about to go to manage worlds and see my build - but when I pressed save one more time for good measure before exiting the game it said error. I assumed it was saved because the first one saved - but when I went back into the game after turning it off all of my townhouses that I spent 4 hours building were gone.
I tried by phone, household manager and just creating a new family and move them right in... never works properly.
I'm having the same issue. I can only save by using the manage worlds and save before going to it box. otherwise it pops up with an unable to save error every time. I still don't show as being a property owner even though the property itself says I am. I have tried with cc and mods and without and neither works. I wish EA would stop releasing expensive broken games. I have simmed since the og Sims, but this crap may make me stop playing all together. If Sims 4 is this bad, I don't even want to waste my time with Sims 5 tbh.
