Hey all, 

We're tracking this issue and were wondering if this still occurs when you update to the latest base game version?

There were 2 game updates released today, the latest version numbers that indicate you've installed both patches can be found below:

PC/Mac:

• EA App (Windows) - 1.108.318.1020
• EA App (macOS) - 1.108.318.1220
• Origin (macOS) - 1.108.318.1220

I have the same issue on the the EA App, when I open the Simology menu on my teen the life skills are going up and down very fast

Playing on EA App, Mac OS M2 Chip, game version: 1.108.318.1220. This is the situation.

Hi Cade, just thought I'd add on here that I'm getting this same problem over on the Xbox Series S. On the latest update and everything and it's still happening.

Same exact problem, it started after the 2 updates. I use the EA app on Windows

@EA_CadeIt happens still even with the second update for me I am on xbox one

Updates like this should not be forced on everyone at once but should be slowly rolled out to all users over a couple of days. This is a lesson to be learned from the recent Crowdstrike disaster...

Also, if something really messes things up, EA should ROLL BACK the update immediately!!!

Me too. I've tried repairing my game 4 times. I never used mods and each time I click on simology, the game freezes.

I tested the simology in a new save. It's fine in a new save, no glitching, no issues. However when I go into my existing save, it's where the problem begins. 

I just noticed that, not only are the displays for the five teen Character Values flashing, but four of them do not even have names anymore ("Life Skill"), at least for my sim...

I'm on PC EA, on the Sims 4 my simology panel is not letting me scroll down to view the entire panel. I can't go into build/buy mode, I can't see relationship panel either. Not complaining just trying to help ya'll fix it. Blessings. 

i'm having these issues too on mac, plus i can't bring up the game menu so i can't save! (unless i go to manage worlds, but it doesn't load -- the save menu comes up though and i was able to save my game and reopen to check that it saved). weirdly this only happened once i opened the sim panel to look at life skills on my teen! (it worked before that and i was able to edit households and such... until i clicked to check her conflict resolution). weiiirddd. 

I have the same, after I have clicked the simology panel on a child, no tabs, menus, game options, build mode or anything work after that, also have to force quit through taskmanager :C

Yes, after the updates the panel is broken and my game becomes unplayable.

I'm playing on PC and having the same issues as everyone else, the career and other menus won't load. I can't actually click on other sims in my household. 

For children/teens the responsibility etc ranges are going crazy and keep oscillating between highest and lowest,over and over again. 

I also can't get the options menu to open at all so can't save or go to manage worlds etc. 

It's basically made the game unplayable after this most recent update.

same problem, for me it seems to get triggered by Sims travelling to another place
