@isevenserIt seems to work if you start a new game. Even though it's working it isn't pulling my favorite cas sims I made onto Cupids Corner. My own sims won't show up which is discouraging.

I would love that if I didn't have hundreds of hours on this save :/

I just find it weird they're saying its fixed when its really not. I should be able to open my existing save and play without issues. Makes me very worried if I do all the work to recreate worlds, sims and relationships on a new save, and a new expansion comes out and something along the same lines happens It would of all been for nothing. 

So, I commented here a few days ago about how playing on a pre-Lovestruck save didn't show the matchmaking error, I've been playing on it ever since without any problems. Today, the same error happened on this save and now again I don't see any sims from the gallery in Cupid's corner on this "new" save. I think it's a bug that may not show up at first, but eventually it will and I don't know what happens for it to happen.

tl;dr: the last exception will happen, sooner or later.

I am commenting to say that I was talking to someone in a Sims 4 group on Facebook who asked the same question. They weren't getting any gallery Sims, and I have noticed that I am not either. It would be nice if my Sims could not date old branches of my family that I am intentionally leaving without a partner.

Thanks to the Simmers who provided their saves on this, we've discovered the root cause and are in the process of testing a fix now. 

I'll provide any updates I get on this one going forward in the thread, so stay tuned here.

My whole game is still is not working properly after the release of Lovestruck. Still no gallery sims. I've practically memorized what sims will come up on the app because nothing is being pulled from the gallery, it's just recycling a line-up. Still no unique date notifications after going on dates with sims/getting a romantic connection. 

"Unique" romance notifications example: A friend sim of mine sending a notification like "I found a ring in so & so's bag, I think they're going to propose!"

Also, my sims are being mean on dates with no prompt to do so.

But that's just the beginning as this thing has opened up a new can of worms.

It's almost like I don't even have the expansion pack installed. Unless I physically play in Ciudad Enamorada, the only difference in the game is the change of scenery, everything else feels empty and unchanged. Either something in the coding is not speaking to or signaling things in the game entirely, I don't know. But it seems like it was not ready to release in the first place.

After the first patch when Lovestruck was released, my game now crashes when pulling any lots from the gallery, randomly crashes when travelling to another lot, and does the infamous infinite loading screen I see everyone talking about on the Sims 4 page comment section on Instagram, now I got it ☹️

I just want to play my game, and all the expansion packs I've paid for, properly.
