This wasn't solved by today's patch (1.110.294.1020).

Still waiting for an answer from EA on this topic as it's a major issue for builders and people that use builds from the gallery, and for the 392 people that said they had this problem (it's rare to see such a high number here...).

Like YuleNorwood, it really saddens me knowing that people who use my builds won't have a complete version of them. I don't want to share anything new until it's solved to avoid disappointments.

    I haven't even opened my game since I discovered this is happening. As many other posters have said, this is a huge problem for builders & anybody downloading builds from the gallery. It would be nice to get some type of reply from the devs on this problem.

    I got the same issue as well. I download alot of builds on the gallery and majority build on the edges of the lot. I thought the issue was mod related. It makes sense its related to a recent patch cause i only noticed this issue appeared when the game had that huge patch update before the release of the new EP.

    I can only imagine how disruptive this will be for builders. It will definitely have a flow and effect where build uploads on the gallery will be halted until this critical issue is fixed.
