Been having this problem with my game until I went into game options, and changed reflections from low to medium, and sim details from high to very high 🙂 Now the problem is all gone!

- @Dollsimmer Thanks for that. I can duplicate on scout uniforms if Sim details are not on very high. Other settings didn't make a difference of me but I didn't check all combinations.
This doesn't seem to help me on my PS4, there are no image quality settings for me to change. It's always bizarre to see a scout or scout master wander by glowing with little white checkers... O.o
Simmers playing with Low Graphics settings can now see improved textures when Sims are wearing Scout uniforms.Fixed in Patch 1.58.63
Please make a new thread if you still have this issue for the scout uniform.
