Where do I send my save to?

Basically, whenever I click the interaction on her laptop, or a computer I newly bought to try out, it would show up in the queue only for it to disappear. Some times the little flash drive thing she has appears, but then it promptly goes away, but every time I tell her to "Resume writing" the book after she already got to the end of it, she won't continue writing and have it finished.
