I kept adding it here but it kept disappearing for some reason so I thought I was doing something wrong. Good to know I wasnt :D
I did as asked and sent a dm to (hopefully) the correct account with the requested information. I hope theres a fix for this soon. Id love to play! I tried the disable laundry day fix and it didnt work for me (yes I cleared all cache after). *Coming back later with an edit. I uninstalled laundry day instead of just disabled it and while it didnt solve the problem the issue did get a little better. My test sim could wash his hands but he stood very far back while doing it, sit down, take a nap but he stood to sleep, watch tv, and walk where told. He couldnt take a shower or access the fridge or stove. So I tried uinstalling a few more packs and it didnt help improve the situation any further. I will leave laundry day out for the time being but I installed the other removed ones back since removing them didng do anything.
It also appears that my in game sinks are broken. I have no cc furniture in my folder so this is definitely a base game sink.

I have done probably 10 game repairs while running various tests and even reset the folder numerous times. So I thought this might be a clue. I keeps telling me this about sinks and counters.
unfortunately seems to take a fresh reinstall and not doing laundry day, backup saves, tray and screenshots
I would like to add that I have a second computer. A windows 11 and I updated my game on it and download growing together. Its experiencing the exact same error as my game on windows 10.
One more edit and then I will quit and try to patiently wait for updates. I made one last effort to fix it myself. I removed the sims 4 folder - deleted the entire game - reinstalled base game only - did repair - put everything except laundry day back - did another repair - didnt place any mods or cc back into the game and didnt place my save folder back into the game. I opened a new test save and random sim. Error and same issues: sim could nap but would do so standing up, could use the toilet, would wash hands or brush teeth but wouldnt go to the sink to do so, couldnt use the tub or shower, could have limited interactions with other sims, could watch tv, could only sit if watching tv, couldnt eat or cook. Heres the error that generated from that. I didnt try it on my windows 11 as that computer isnt as fast as my windows 10 but I doubt it would make a difference. I did test my old save and a new save both, I just didnt test out removing and repairing (takes to long to relaunch each time I have to close out on there).
@crinrict Quick question for you. Do we check back to this thread for updates or will it be announced somewhere else? And do you know approximately how long these things usually take? No, I dont expect an exact answer. I realize they have to fully investigate then find a fix and it doesnt happen overnight. I was just curious if we should expect to be unable to play for a week, a month, what?
I have went through and tried disabling all combinations of packs and nothing works. Actually, my tinkering with it seems to have made it worse as now my sims are back to not being able to move at all again. They were randomly dancing in place and a couple went inside their house and then they just froze and no more movent has been possible other than arm swinging. I even repaired my game and went to my junk test save. If theres only one sim they can move around, two sims can talk and interact limted, more than that and they cant do anything at all.
I do have full access to cas so I can change my sims themselves and I have full access to build mode. Also saving works so I can save the changes I make in cas and build mode. I dont know if thats important or not.

Alright, thank you. I sent the requested information from both of my computers. Hopefully it will help. I'm really missing my game. I have this thread bookmarked so I can check it periodically for updates.
