Re: [FIXED] Social Menu not appearing for certain Sims

Hey everyone! Just updated my game on xbox and when I went to play on my save, I realized that I can't click on any sims so I can't interact with them. It happened after the latest update (02/27/2024). I noticed what was happening after the delivery I ordered arrived and I couldn't interact with the delivery man. I tried restarting the game and a older save from the same family but I didn't work. After that I created a new family and I was able to interact with other sims and click on the sim I was controlling

    @Bresil145 UPDATE I also discovered that I can't order food or drinks from bars, coffee shops (Get together) and foodstands or the different stands in cottage living and city living. But I'm able to order at restaurants from Dine out (only by clicking on the table not sims)

    Yeah me too, I just assumed it's because people work there, but it's really annoying... ☹️

    Hi I'm on PS4 and suddenly this non-interaction has showed up! Is this "another fine mess you got us in to" EA moment? 

    I have had 3 system errors with code 34878 since yesterday and now no interaction! I obviously have no mods/cc as on PlayStation. How do I fix this please? Thanks all
