How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Parenthood and Holiday Celebration.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a household with a toddler in it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Anytime my sims "Check Toddler", they almost always try to give it food, and the toddler always accepts. This occurs even with the toddler's hunger bar full. I do sometimes get a different "Check Toddler", like they try to teach them to talk instead of feeding them.
What do you expect to see? The "Check Toddler" should be varied, like it used to be. They shouldn't be giving non hungry toddlers food.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It seems to have started after one of the November patches. I started playing after all 3 had been released so i'm not sure which one it could be.
I have not tried with a vanilla game. I'm posting anyways as i want to know if someone without CC/Mods is experiencing this same issue. If not, i will remove them.
