I just wanted to confirm. I have a Vampire Toddler who has Human eyes and can not change their eyes to the occult eyes with full edit mode. No Mods. The eyes change to a random human eye colour.
News, I think I found what is causing this. After playing. I may have found the issue. So in seasons there is a Costume tradition. I use this for the Halloween Holiday I like to make in all my saves. If a Vampire or spell caster Changes into a costume. It gives them normal eyes and you won't be able to change it back since it will keep changing to Random Human eyes. That was how I was able to reproduce this in my game with both Toddlers and Children.
I'm still having this issue, but only on two of my four vampire children in one household, all girls. No matter how many times I try to go into CAS to switch their eyes to the glowing Vampire eyes, when I go back into live mode, the same two girls always randomize back to human eyes.
