Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy a restaurant and set the employee-only areas to "Lock Door For... Everyone But Employees". Waiters and chefs are able to travel through. Then visit the lot with another household and waiters and chefs are suddenly no longer able to enter these doors.
What happens when the bug occurs? My Sims bought a restaurant and I hoped to limit customers from walking through employee-only areas by setting the door locks to "Lock Door For... Everyone But Employees". This works fine when I'm playing with the household that owns the restaurant, but as soon as I visit the lot with another family, waiters and chefs are no longer able to get through the locked doors to their stations, and thus the venue cannot function properly.
What do you expect to see? Waiters and chefs should still be able to enter doors set to "Lock Door For... Everyone But Employees" in restaurants even when playing with another household.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
As seen in the photo provided, the host can still access her station because the room isn't locked. Sadly, the chefs are stuck at the entrance and can't get through the doors set to "Lock Door For... Everyone But Employees".
