Hello, i have FOR RENT pack - house and i let a sim alone inside, and he died, now i can't put another sims inside and idk why,
I can "get out" the sims but nothing happens like it doesn't fix the problem thats why i'm doing this topic, sorry for the bad english but hope someone can help me,
And again i write in english to get more people and not only french.
And another bug, i can't edit the house cuz a "ghost" is inside
Got an announcement that a unit was vacated, turns out the tenant died, couldn't visit it because it's vacant, can't edit it because it's occupied. Unit has max occupancy rule set, so I moved in a 6 person household through manage worlds, will collect fines until they move out. (Unit has only 2 single beds.)

Another problem here,
I have all my house with furniture and the value is 0, the PC doesn't work too. i think the house cost is like 20 000-30 000 or more, idk what happens honestly
So, the house cost 0 on the settings but i can Sell IT, so yeah, i sell it, and see if the problem if happening again -
