@Artemis3316 Since you're on console, I don't think there are any solutions on how to get it unstuck.
Could you try playing another household for a while or did you do that ?
The bug was fixed in March so the issue would have been before that but since they were a teen at the time, I don't think it's an issue with being bugged before
