@AbreuRosario An update that this issue is not limited to the Caliente household. It is also affecting households from other worlds/packs.

@AbreuRosario Could you please test this after removing the Mods folder and deleting localthumbcache, and test in a new save?
@luthienrising thank you for your response and your time! I removed my mod folder completely, deleted the localthumbcache and started a new save. The problem still persists.
1) I entered CAS full edit mode to set Don and Katrina as partners:
2) After accepting the changes, I load the lot and they are not listed as partners:
and have no romance:
3 - When going back to Manage Households and edit Family they are reverted to "Household Member":
@AbreuRosario I'm going to move you to Game Issues. I'd suggest trying a new user folder (do the same thing with The Sims 4 as you did with Mods) and a Game Repair. You might end up in Bug Reports, eventually.
@luthienrising thanks for the follow up. Tried with removing the "The Sims" folder from Documents>Electronic Arts and the same problem persists.

@luthienrising Complete, problem persists. Also play on a mac and did all the steps there and problem is also present.
- @AbreuRosario Did some testing and I can't get it to stick either if edit the relationship (tried household manager and cheat).
There was another report I think but need to hunt it down. Will merge or move this to bugs later. Thank you @luthienrising and @crinrict for your support.
