Fitness skill: The skill is not maxed I assume and you don't actually have any of the collections ?
NPCs skill on their own so sometimes they do have the skill maxed if you switch to them. The collection could only be that way if you downloaded the Sim from the gallery though and already had it
Are you using mods in your game ?
And you check if it's not a problem with the skill ? The skill is not at 10 ?

Please make sure to name the zip file with your user name.
Okay, @SimGuruNick I uploaded the file. It is the entire save folder.. I wasn't sure which one exactly to choose, but I only play with one save anyways, I don't have multiple. Although, the folder seems to have multiples in it. Idk, I hope I did this right... lol, you can tell by the time and date what my most recent one is.
