Stuck logic skilling before resetsim.

After resetsim the progress bar is gone but logic skilling is still stuck and climbing.

Haven't tried traveling.

Initiating another game of chess dropped his progress to 37%. Essentially he lost his level up on chess.

On a side note. A tip for when NPC sims get stuck at the chess set. Go into build mode and move the chess set.
