[ROM] Audio Glitches and Game Freezes or Crashes After Playing for Several Hours

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Island Living, Realm of Magic, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Luxury Party Stuff, Holiday Celebration, Grim's Ghoulish Guitar
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game for several hours.
What happens when the bug occurs? The audio starts getting choppy/distorted and sometimes it won't work for a second and sometimes the game will crash soon after.
What do you expect to see? The audio to work like it's supposed to.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
This only started happening after I got Realm of Magic a few days ago. Other than that, the audio was fine before the day I installed the pack.
Just before doing this bug report I was playing and the audio started glitching about several minutes or so before the game finally crashed.
Since MP4 isn't supported, I uploaded the sound glitch to Reddit so I can link what it sounds like when the audio glitches (since when I first got the pack I had a bug report here saying it happened during magic duels or practicing magic).
