[ROM] [CD] No 'ask to go potty' option if familiar is out

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a spell caster with a familiar summoned and then try to find the "ask to go potty" option on the dog pie menu
What happens when the bug occurs? No "ask to go potty" option if spellcasters familiar is out
What do you expect to see? "ask to go potty" option on the dog pie menu
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Obviously the work around is to dismiss the familiar but this is a little annoying and clearly a bug or oversight. I found the issue by searching through reddit and other people had this issue from 5 years ago. I wanted to add it here in case some else ever has the same issue and can't work out what's causing the option to disappear from the pie menu.
