That could be caused by a number of things. I am willing to test the lot to see if I can find the cause if you are willing to upload the lot to the Gallery. Just reply here with the lot name and your userid if different than what you use here (SproutLee). If it is a lot you downloaded from the Gallery, also include the original builder's userid and the name of the lot too so I can test that one as well.
Hope this helps.

@CGrant56 It's the same as my name here and I will upload it. It will be my most recent upload, same lot name as the original. I'm also getting error 132 on the second unit when I try to play a family.

@SproutLee Ok, downloaded and took a look at the lot. The trim problem doesn't happen for me. It disappeared along with the roof when I deleted that roof section just as you would expect. So, it might just be a glitch that only shows up for you. I've seen it before with other lots and the usual fix is to save the lot to your Library, bulldoze and replace it with the Library copy. I did notice that apartment 1 was unfurnished so idk if you hadn't gotten around to finishing that apartment or the furnishings, etc. disappeared along the way when you saved and uploaded the lot to the Gallery.
On the 132 error. I was able to have a sim buy the building. But when she tried to travel there for the 1st time, I got booted to the world screen and got the 132 error and I couldn't get to my sim when clicking on her other owned lot. I was able to untangle my sim by evicting her from her original lot and putting her back. She still showed as owner and I tried to travel to the RR apartment 1. Got booted again and got the 132 error again. I couldn't get to her again either. Same thing happened when I tried to visit apartment 2. I was able to visit apartments 3 and 4. I did run into the unusable stair issue that some RR builds seem to have in apartment 4. The fix for that is to go to build from live while in the apartment and replace the stairs. Then I had my sim sell the RR and buy it again. Got the 132 error again for apartment 1 and again for apartment 2.
Tbh, I'm not sure why the 132 error (fail to load) is happening. There is something on the lot preventing it from loading to live mode. It could be how it was uploaded to either your Library or the Gallery. Going to the lot in build from the map the first time would not let me hide the contents of apartment 1 and gave a message that it had a sim on the lot. After selling the lot, I went to the lot in build from the map again and this time it would let me hide the contents of apartment 1 and I got no message about a sim being on the lot. Then I had the sim rebuy the lot and got the 132 error again.
There is an issue with RR venues that seems to be caused by it being saved to either the Library or Gallery if you go to build directly from live mode and save when the lot is owned or occupied. There is no way yet that I know of to clear that when you don't have the owner sim in the game. I suspect you may have uploaded it by going to build from live mode rather than going to build from the map and possibly with a sim on the lot or the building being owned. It's an issue unique to the residential rental venue and is caused by uploading an owned lot or with a sim on the lot at the time of the upload by going to build from live mode. So, if you sell the lot and clear out all tenants, go to the lot from the map and then reupload it, that should clear that up.
In a nutshell, residential rentals must be saved to either your LIbrary or the Gallery by going to build from the map and with the building unowned and no tenants for them to work correctly.
So, I'm not sure what to suggest you do to fix the 132 error. You could try deleting everything in apartments 1 and 2 to see if that will clear it up. You can also try setting all the rooms back to shared, change the venue to residential, save as a residential then reload the lot, change it back to RR and redesignate the rooms to the apartment to see if that fixes it.
Tbh, it's a really nice build. I really like the look and feel of what you've done with it. Hopefully something I've said here will help you fix the 132 error problem.
Hope this helps.

@CGrant56 It seemed to have happened after saving rooms from one save and placing them in another on the same build. It was working fine until then, but thanks for looking into it, appreciate it.
- crinrict5 months agoHero+@SproutLee Could you please post your completed 132 error code and also post any lastExceptions you might get when loading into the lot ?
- SproutLee5 months agoSeasoned Ace
@crinrict That's the only error I get with those two units.
- crinrict5 months agoHero+@SproutLee Possibly a corrupted ladder somewhere. Did you build any ?
- SproutLee5 months agoSeasoned Ace@crinrict Yes there are 4 ladders on the lot total. 1 in the unit I can't load.
- crinrict5 months agoHero+@SproutLee Can you load in build mode ? If so, you can try deleting them but it might be something invisible

@crinrictI can delete it if no one lives there. As soon as I move someone in I get the same error. I can enter build mode when they live there too, but the ladder is not clickable.
