Roof Trim Floating Without Roof

I'm playing on a residential rental and any time I try to delete the roof the trim remains for some reason. Is there a reason this is happening?

@CGrant56 It seemed to have happened after saving rooms from one save and placing them in another on the same build. It was working fine until then, but thanks for looking into it, appreciate it.

@SproutLee Could you please post your completed 132 error code and also post any lastExceptions you might get when loading into the lot ?

    @crinrict That's the only error I get with those two units.

      @SproutLee Possibly a corrupted ladder somewhere. Did you build any ?

        @crinrict Yes there are 4 ladders on the lot total. 1 in the unit I can't load.
