[S] Holiday fasting resets after travelling

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?: All expansions except For Rent, All game packs except My Wedding Stories and Batuu, All Stuff Packs, Kits: Goth Galore, Book Nook, Grunge Revival, Modern Luxe, Basement Treasures, Greenhouse Haven, Everyday Clutter, Pastel Pop, Desert Luxe, Decor to the Max, Blooming Rooms, Industrial Loft, Courtyard Oasis, Incheon Arrivals, Throwback Fit, Moonlight Chic.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: Creating a holiday that has a requirement to fast. Travel to a different lot either during the fast or after completing the fast, and the mood buff will return to say you still have 6 hours to complete the fast. If my sim has already done the fast, it will have the item ticked off as complete, but the mood buff means that if they eat after they have fasted they will become sad for doing so.
What happens when the bug occurs?: Every time there is a holiday on which I have put a requirement to fast.
What do you expect to see?: I expect my Sim/s to be able to do the 6 hour fast and be able to travel without the mood buff resetting either during or after the fast. I expect the fast to be completed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?: I played a few months without mods and this occurred during that time. I take out mods after updates and then sometimes don't put them back in for a few months.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?: I'm really not sure, as the holiday in which they fast occurs only once a season in most of my saves.
Please describe the patch or change you made.: My only work around is to not leave the home lot to travel for the period of the holiday, which kind of ruins storytelling.
I have a couple of holidays that involve my Sims fasting. However, I have noticed that when they travel to a live career or even just to another lot, the 6-hour fast resets. Now, in some ways, this means that my Sims do full-day fasts like the IRL version of the holidays they are keeping, but it is clearly some kind of bug.
I am not using any mods right now, and I have not used them at all in the current save I am playing. But I have noticed this occurring in other saves too.
