Sad from losing a sibling

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Backyard Stuff, Little Campers Kit, Vampires, Cats & Dogs, My First Pet Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how to replicate it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim got sad "from losing a sibling".
What do you expect to see? Nothing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
My sim is currently sad "from losing a sibling", but both of his siblings are alive and well.
Additionally, is there any way to see who died other than looking at the Relationships? There are three on there and none are recent.
Edit: No other household member, including one sibling, is sad.
