I tested your Sim and her phone cover looks normal in my game

Is she the only Sim you have issues with ?

@crinrict Just went through the 10 households I play with and discovered that there are two other Sims with the same issue. I have no idea if there is an overlapping trait among them to have this issue. I didn't see one, but I put them together in a household and uploaded it to the Gallery if you want to check.
