@Heddelviven you only get notifications in the game when you have a mod. Vanilla games just create the exception files in your doc folder.
Best you can do is delete all the files you currently have, then trigger the error and see if a new one is created.

I've not noticed the Sim reset, but I do know my Sim does always drop the queue after digging. I'm not seeing a last exception for it; my most recent file is from trying to build a snowpal. I've had my Sim digging a few times since then, and each time the queue reset with no other error.
