I've never used private dwelling as I already know it causes issues for maids etc... and I said yes to mods because I checked my mods then added them again. So they are no longer removed.

@Leejinsol1995 Could you test a new vanilla save to see if it happens on a new save as well ? Does it fail on all lots in your current save ?

Also does pizza delivery work ?
