sims not spawning when returning to home lot

@duckquackduck Off the grid is currently bugged. Does it work if you remove that ?

Yes, I have not seen the bug happen again since turning off-grid off on affected lots, though I hope they fix this soon. I cannot find anything else on line where Off-grid bugs are mentioned. I just bought Eco-Lifestyle so not having this functionality is...unfortunate.
