I've also had this occur, both on the sink and on a computer/on desk, on the keyboard. The house was built with MOO.

im pretty sure this happens every time you place a sink with moo. try to test that

If anyone is seeing this without MOO, and is willing to share save files, my team would like to see them. EDIT: Or alternatively, if you're willing to upload the affected lot to the Gallery so my team can download it and take a look.
