For new sims, it's present, but for existing sims, the skin tone is still present in the edit face menu.
So either way, there's inconsistency - either we can't change skin tones or face/body shapes for existing sims, or we should be able to.

Hi, I hope you see this lol but I’m having the same issue. I’m new to the sims 4, I had downloaded a lot of cc thought. But I did the fulleditmode cheat, so I can go into cast but my skin tone slider isn’t there, nor can I change my body I believe. Is that because I had to type that in every time?
