Some Foods and Drinks not giving Buff

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.99.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, all game packs except Journey to Batuu, all stuff packs, no kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to eat or drink. Two examples are calming chamomile tea and pancakes (both normal quality).
What happens when the bug occurs? Certain food and drinks don't give my sim a buff when they finish them. Eating or drinking does fill the need bar but doesn't provide a tasty dish or smooth sipping buff. Does not apply to all foods as some still give the buff.
What do you expect to see? All food and drinks should provide the requisite buff based on meal quality.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
As listed above, my sims are having issues with certain food and drinks not giving the proper buff when consumed. The immediate foods I noticed were normal quality pancakes and calming chamomile tea. Some foods seem to give the buff as normal, so I'm not sure if the buff is with specific foods and drinks or only certain qualities. Below is the link to the save it most occurred on.
