Staircase trying to connect to a porch when it can’t.

@Pooker021509Stairs and platforms are incredibly bugged right now. I am hoping for the January patch to address all this.  In the meantime, deleting the automatically generated wall under the stairs does sometimes fix stair/railing/fence fighting problems.
