Staircase trying to connect to a porch when it can’t.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Latest version
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but snowy escape and eco life. Game packs : all but Star Wars pack. Stuff packs : all but nifty knitting, tiny living, and mischino.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place one platform on the smallest size and another one size above that, make a porch a lot taller then both connecting to the first and second porch, add a stair leading to the second platform we placed before the taller one and it’s done.
What happens when the bug occurs? The fence opens up trying to make it a stair case up to there
What do you expect to see? The fence should stay closed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
even the if I make the tallest platform the tallest it can be the glitch still happens.
