Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have the share usage data option enabled within my game maybe y'all can do something with that.
What happens when the bug occurs? • Loading Screen Music Doesn't Fully Play Anymore Cuts Off 3-5 Seconds After It Starts. • My Sim's Freeze They Don't Do Anything But Stand Still Wherever They're At. • Control Buttons Are Very Laggy & They Don't Work Sometimes Either. • Game Freezes A Lot Before My Sims Started Freezing Individually. • The Nails Cause A Thick Strip Of Color To Appear On The Side Of My Sim's Clothing. • My Sims Randomly Wear Clothing Items I've Not Put On Them (Including The Renovated Townies)
What do you expect to see? • Loading Screen Music Should Play As It Used To. • Sims Should Go Back To Following Commands & Moving Around. • Control Buttons Should Be Fixed So Game Play Can Be Smoother. • Game Should Work Properly. • Nails Should Not Cause Color Strip On Sims Clothing. • Sims Should Wear The Items I've Assigned Them & Not Random Clothes.

My Sims have been frozen for 2 days. When I click on any of them they'll just stand there and do nothing. The game has always been glitching on PS4 in so many ways I can't even name them all.
